ALAMO Car Rental at McCarran Airport

All passengers can find a member of staff ready to assist you at the Alamo rental station counter at the Rent-A-Car Center. This is located just 3 miles from LAS Airport.

Please pick up your baggage from the baggage claim area before heading towards the Rental Car Center. Once you have collected your baggage, please exit the baggage claim area and follow the signs to the shuttle bus pick-up area, located outside Terminal 1 and 3. This bus will take you to the Rental Car facilities near the airport.

Alamo asks passengers to please proceed to the counter to receive their rental agreement.

Online check-in option

Alamo offers an online check-in option that can save you some time when arriving at the Alamo rental car counter.

If you check-in online, you will already have your choices and driver information ready in the system, at the time you get to the counter. This will make it faster for the Alamo staff to finish your rental agreement.

Take advantage of the Self-Service Kiosk

You can also skip the rental counter lines and save even more time. Utilize the direct check-in using Alamo's touch-screen kiosk. Afterward, you receive a printed receipt-sized rental agreement and be given instructions for your rental car on the parking lot.

At the exit booth, you simply have to show the counter agent your driver’s license and rental agreement and you are ready to hit the road.

Returning your rented vehicle

Once you want to return your rented vehicle at McCarran International Airport, simply follow the signs to the Car Return GARAGE. You will find the entrance off Gilespie Street. Then continue following the overhead signs to the appropriate car rental company. A member of staff will be ready to help you finalize your rental agreement.
